Today’s increasingly complex life demands more of us than ever. We make thousands of choices every day, but lack of time and “decision-ware” mean that we delay strategic ones for “decision fatigue” or make decisions with insufficient thought about what really matters.

This immersive, highly interactive programme gives you the analytical and intuitive tools – the decision mindware – to analyse, frame and model decisions with multiple and often conflicting objectives. You emerge aware of systematic cognitive biases and traps, and equipped to effectively develop target solutions for the key traps in strategic decision-making processes.
