Editorial Integrity & Use of AI Tools

The European Business Review is committed to editorial integrity, author transparency, and intellectual responsibility.

Authors are required to disclose the use of ChatGPT or any other AI-powered tools in the preparation of their submissions where such tools have directly influenced the writing, structure, or content of the work.

Only human authors who have made meaningful intellectual contributions to an article may be credited as authors. AI tools — including but not limited to ChatGPT — may not be listed as authors under any circumstances.

Where AI-assisted software has been used, this must be clearly acknowledged in the Acknowledgements section of the manuscript.

For each submitted version of an article, and for any change in authorship, the corresponding author must confirm that all listed authors have reviewed and approved the submission.

Submission Guidelines

To support a smooth editorial review, please note the following:

  • Submissions should clearly outline the article’s key ideas, structure, and central argument
  • Final drafts should include an author biography of up to 50 words at the end of the article
  • Where references are used, numbered footnotes are preferred
  • All submissions are subject to editorial review and may be edited for clarity, length, and alignment with TEBR’s editorial standards

Due to the volume of submissions received from contributors worldwide, please allow 2–3 working days for an initial response from our editorial team.
