SUMMARY:Feel to Deal: Emotions in Negotiations - IESE Business School
DESCRIPTION:Start Date: Thursday\, November 13\, 2025\nDuration: 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.\nLocation: UBM Development AG Laaer-Berg-Str. 43\, 1100\, Vienna\, AT\nContact: InfoDat@iese.edu\nRead more here!\nRegister here!\n\nEmotions\, traditionally viewed as an obstacle in negotiations\, are actually an integral part of the process. Emotional intelligence—the ability to perceive\, understand\, and regulate emotions—is a more decisive factor than IQ in high-pressure situations. It is not an innate trait but a skill that can be developed through self-observation and practice. Self-awareness is essential in negotiation. \nIn this session\, Prof. Stein will discuss some negotiations that are taken place in the present and that challenge us. \nGo to top
