The COVID-19 pandemic—and our responses to it—undeniably reshaped how we design\, organize\, and execute work. But alongside this transformation came a wave of self-proclaimed experts\, often making bold claims with little data or evidence. \nThis session takes a different approach: an evidence-based exploration of how work is truly evolving\, grounded in decades of research. We’ll unpack the how\, why\, and so what of collaboration in today’s workplace—where interactions are increasingly virtual\, distributed\, cross-cultural\, inter-organizational\, and dynamic. \nUsing the Integrated Employee Value Proposition (iEVP) framework—developed by Mark Mortensen (INSEAD) and Amy Edmondson (Harvard Business School)—we’ll examine what employees genuinely seek from their organizations\, and how that aligns (or doesn’t) with what they feel they’re receiving. We’ll explore how to balance compensation and flexibility with growth\, community\, and purpose.
